GLITCH WITH QSS

- Hi I just had a game with Jinx in ranked. (Check my match history)

- Point is - QSS (Quicksilver Sash)
was not activating at all. - I have QSS set up to smart cast off of the "3" button. I was spamming it within fights and nothing happened.
- No this is not me complaining, because I won the game. HOWEVER QSS was literally not working and could have jeopardized my game.
- Also before anyone mentions the obvious; yes my keybindings were setup properly and yes, I was clicking / spamming the proper key.
- tl;dr QSS was not activating when I was pressing the button. I however did not try to "click" it so I don't know if that would help troubleshoot it.
