Champion Balance

My thoughts are the true balance of all champions. Like why is stronger than a support or stronger than a adc? I feel if things were really balanced, some players would play other adcs or supports rather than the same support or adc champions. P.S. this may seem like a dumb thing to ask.

Well for Urgot and Lucian question, Urgot is not even an ADC to begin with while Lucian is one of the best in the game atm...

Forth Thresh and Zilean, it's basically an overloaded modern support vs. an outdated one.
