Ok we agree that champs has their own weakness and strengths I get it. But when it come to champ that are manaless they have a large advantage over those who use mama. A Shyvana will be to rush a fire cape while a jax has to get a **** glacial shroud so he doesn't go oom all the time. WHY DOES IT COST LIKE 500 MANA FOR JAX JUMP THAYS WHAT IT FEEL LIKE TO ME! Shyvana garen Vladimir Putin all OP! Its not fair! I hate it when dragon use equalizer and when yasuo uses children of grave makes me wanna uninstall! :(

It's all about managing your mana so you don't run out with it comes time to use it. And honestly an early Chalice of Harmony can easily make up for heavy mana costs, if you're playing an AP champion.

There are plenty of mana items in the game. Sadly there are very few mana options for AD based champs. Same with CDR.
