Shyvana Jarvan or Aatrox
Wondering if I should get Shyv, J4 or Aatrox for jungling. I Play ranked alot and im silver 3 but I get queued with atleast 3 golds usually.

I don't know how aatrox jungle is, I know both shyvana and jarvan are strong, shyvanas more of a farm and dominate champ, Jarvan has stronger gank support.

jarvan is a good jungler in my opinion and has good ganks.
A few things must be considered. Play style, skill level, jungle clearing, etc. You might have already made your purchase so you can just ignore me, but here are a few things to consider.
Jarvan is a combo fighter/bruiser that relies heavily on mana early game for ganks but have utility that can help escape for engage a needed fight and can be played as an all out health melter or a tanky dps bruiser.
Aatrox is a dueling beast due to his passive and also has decent utility for escapes and engages and requires no mana for clearing camps or fighting camps.
Shyvana has only 1 means of escape (this is without ultimate) and can be easily stopped by slows and stuns. She has great cc and also doesn't need mana and the ultimate can be obtained rather quickly by getting her "dragon" bar up. Now comes the problems:
Jarvan's ult can screw you and/or your teammates over and most people can escape Jarv's ult. Aatrox is nearly useless without his passive and can be rather squishy. Shyvana must be snowballed, otherwise she'll be of no use. Jarvan and Aatrox and jump camp to camp and can sustain rather decently while Shyvana has great cc and can clear camps rather quickly.
Now, are you a passive jungler who stays by your jungle and ganks when you have some decent abilities ready, or are you a heavily aggressive jungler that just counter jungle and ganks all day without hesitation?
Aatrox has tower dive survivability, Jarvan has tankiness and a "box" ult and Shyvana has a AOE kncck-up with new utilities. Also, Jarvan can gank better because of his Dragon Spear and Demacian Standard combo, as opposed to Aatrox who has a short knock-up but makes up for it with a sniper slow. Shyvana has great burst of speed and can deplete more tankier champs due to her Flame Breath.

I would look into rammus and hecarim. i know your looking at those three but i like tanky junglers if your looking for really fast clear times go for hecarim he is so strong and i build him ap/ad/tank where i build mix ap/ad items And then armor he can clear very fast and is great for ganks and when your team is looking to single out a champion he can single them out to help you focus them and when you build high move speed with hec he gains extra damage from his passive. rammus is just straight tank build him armor because he gets ad from his armor.he is a slow clearer but he is great for team fight sustain and just a great champion. so i push them and tanky jungling all together also ap junglers like fiddlesticks but he is very squishy. i hpe this is helpful if not i apologize and let me know. i know it might not be because i gave you champion bios on ones your not looking at but they are just great options to me. and i rarey see hecarim used in ranked when i watch the games so they will ot know how to counter him right away which will make him strong early game which can give you the early boost you need to win.
I can't tell you which is better, but if you ask which one have more fun to play: Shyvana it is.
I play aatrox jungle and let me tell you one thing , is really easy to gank since has slow and knock , and if the enmie has really low health like 2 hits away from dying you can dive him and with the help of a teamate kill him , after all with your passive you will still revive and be able to flash away
