fear junglers
when are you reverting the terrible fear nerfs so I can play jungle fid again?
if you want more junglers to be played then fix fear. its a pretty simple fix. just put it back how it was.

How many champs use fear again? (3, hec doesn't really count) How many of them are currently viable? (nocturne)
This isn't a "champs with fear aren't viable junglers" issue, it's a "fiddle and shaco (and maybe hec) need some attention" issue.
yea you could call that the issue. i woudlnt disagree with you.
personally, i think the issue is nerfing 3 unpopular and rarely-played junglers, then coming out right after those nerfs and saying more junglers need to be viable.
