Reds: If Lucian ends up being net buffed by his recent balance changes, do you still feel like the hypercarries need to be nerfed? If so, why do you think Lucian needed to be buffed relative to those carries, when just recently you were talking about how he was dominating picks?

Pretty sure the buff to him was pretty inadvertent. Historically, reducing a Marksman's range by even 25 was pretty much a notice of extinction. The "power budget" assigned to the 50 attack range he lost then is pretty huge, so they were very liberal with his compensation.

Likely it'll be addressed some with the next patch.
