The new vision changes need to be addressed.

With the new vision changes that have come with the preseason, certain characters gain an EXTREME amount of power that might not have been realized by Riot initially. With the lack of Oracle's Elixir, and changes to pink wards, invisibility is extremely dangerous and somewhat broken. Teemo's shrooms are more annoying than ever. Yes you could clear them with the red trinket and pink wards, but considering the Sweeping Lens has a 60 second cooldown, and pinks are 100g a pop, it makes it almost not worth it. Also, players who would go up against champions with invisibility moves (akali, rengar, shaco, evelyn, etc.) would buy pink wards to put in the middle of their lane to outplay their opponent when they THINK they are invisible, or to avoid a dangerous gank. HOWEVER, now that pink wards are not invisible, all one has to do is hard shove their lane to gain access to the pink, and destroy it. If someone wants to defend their pink ward, they have to put themselves in danger and possibly get into an all-in fight they didnt wish to engage. You could say "well just dont defend it then." If thats the case, then what is even the point in buying them? Riot gave pinks 5 basics to take down in exchange for the lack of invisibility, but this does NOT compensate AT ALL. They are extremely easy to take down and nowhere NEAR cost effective. The removal of Oracle's elixir has also resulted in some unwanted power. Teemo's shrooms, strange ward placements, and champion's like rengar reign free. I shouldnt have to buy a pink ward (which is not cost effective) just to place it down when im fighting an invisibility champion, in which case they could just walk away from the place i placed it. You could also miss clearing key wards or shrooms because they are in strange places. You could be pink warding to clear shrooms and wards, but what if you happen to miss one because it is in an unconventional location? its not worth covering the whole map in pink wards (which is not even possible due to the introduced ward limit). Rant over.

Riot, please address this issue. I think the vision changes were innovative, but have caused some unwanted consequences.

I do agree that something needs to be done about the vision change. However i do not think oracle's should be brought back because it countered stealth champions too well. My idea is an item like the ones in howling abbiss that reveal traps but make it an active that lasts for about 10 seconds with a 30 second cd. This way it won't completely destroy a stealth champion but it will give you a way to fight back.

Eve and Shaco both needed a small buff (eve more than shaco). If someone had an oracles on them, shaco instantly loses the only thing that's good for him.

It isn't totally unbalanced though, the new trinket when upgraded is a fair counter to shaco. It involves strategy instead of just walking around with your team the whole mid-late game.

The vision change is pretty balanced.

The red trinket is the answer to all these issues. Leveled up, it gives 6 seconds of vision in a huge area. The problem is the players, not the vision. Everyone buys the yellow so they can ward. Especially in a game with stealthed players, the red trinket should be the focus.

Again, it's the players who are bad, not the vision changes.
