There needs to be a Troll button/Option

In ranked, especially lower divisions there are many people that troll or just seem not to cooperate with the team in anyway, making it a quick loss. To at least fix this problem I think Riot should implement a Trolling Player Button/Option. If a player decides to troll or be uncooperative with the rest of the team, at least 3 members of that team press the button and highlight the name of the troll. I say 3 members and not 4 because if the (Troll) is duo que'ed the Troll won't be reported by said person. If this happens In-Game and 3 members of the team use this option their loss becomes a Loss Prevention, leaving the team losing no LP and automatically reports the Troll.

I dunno I'm just tired of getting trolls and losing LP because of it.

You can't implement a system like that because people will just abuse it. Why would anyone ever not just talk in chat to determine a person to vote as a troll and then get a loss forgiven every single time?

With a system like this, any person who under-performed to a certain extent would be reported as a troll simply to avoid taking a loss by the reporting party. This being the case, matches would become less about working as a team and taking objectives, and more so about maintaining a good KDA so as to avoid potentially being reported should your team end up losing the game.
