If you are trying to get paid to play... what level do you play at? You can get lucky and win a little amateur tournament that has restrictions (like only 3 plat+ or whatever) with a random team recruited here, but if you want to have a shot at making it into coke league (even most of those players aren't paid) everyone on the team should be at least diamond 1.
