She's simply way overpowered, I mean 130% AS within 3 hits?, for nothing?, on a skill which can also be switched to grant AoE damage on a ranged carry coupled with advantageous range?...
How long does Tristanas 90% AS last anyway? because Jinx just has to land 3 hits to have greater AS indefinetly with no cost...
Massive move speed if she gets a kill, nice, global reach skill shot, nice, massive damage super heavy slow... OK, it has a telegraph that only a modern champ with any kind of mobility could avoid, 3 object line snare... that's up to 3 champions blocking a line... oh, it has a delay too... like you can't forecast it right where they need to cross to engage you...
All of her features are OK, but she's entirely too powerful. her mini gun should ramp up in smaller increments up to a high cap after far more hits, and decay much faster, that way if she sustains attack for a long period of time, she will get ridiculous attack speed, not in only 3 hits.
I can't give a full account of her operation, but I've seen her trade face to face with bruisers with max items and no investment in defense except one lifesteal item, and beat foes with a balance of offense and defense. It's nonsense.
As a side note, lifesteal should be reduced on ranged, they have a meta dominating defensive and offensive reach advantage, there's no reason for them to get effective defense multiplied against their damage output.
