Hello Fellow Summoners,Lucian summoner 14 item 2050

Hello my name is Justin "RUMAD" Richardson. I been a member of this community for just over 4 years. I guess the newest champ that game out for me was Pantheon. Any way i am here to possible fix or significantly lower the toxic players in this community by 50% or higher. And its pretty simple. If your team could some how install a in game voice chat where it is easy to communicate along with the great pining system. Its been proven that the better the teams can communicate and understand and react to the lanes or partners will change the game dramatically and reduce the ragers and have a more understanding and stress free troll games. I know that Curse has a voice chat system in beta right now that im sure you have heard about. Maybe you can team up and work something out. and way these are my thoughts and ideas to improve the community with a some what simple fix...Please if this does happen i really dont need any recognition but if you feel the need then its what ever. But with that being said thank you for your time and hope to hear from you guys soon. Good Bless

Voice chat works decently in the perfect context where people are not toxic.

Putting voice chat in the game right now would only make toxicity even worse and give a harder time to the tribunal.

Bad idea and should not be implemented, ever.

Please, voice chat would only make toxicity more impacting and problematic to deal with. What makes you think that all the flaming, blaming, insulting, and trolling will stop when all those toxic people suddenly now have the power to harass you through voice chat? Communication only improves gameplay when the game community is mature enough to handle adult, appropriate conversation without abusing the system, and nothing about the League of Legends community tells me that they would be able to do so.

This has been asked for many times in many ways across many mediums. My favorite argument against it that hasn't already been mentioned is the fact that it will build expectation. After a certain point voice chat will be expected because it is a legitimate strategic advantage and therefore less privileged or tech savvy players who do not have the hardware (microphone) to play or are in a location/situation where that wouldn't work would be specifically denying an advantage for the team. Which leaves people ripe for flaming.

That's one of many reasons this actually creates more problems than it solves.

I appreciate the effort to combat toxicity, but unfortunately this is not a good method.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Turn on your Xbox. Play a game on Xbox live for an hour, under the condition you are not allowed to mute anyone. Then tell me that voice chat is a great idea. Protip, you can't.
