Dear Riot, I have recently purchased a $5.00 worth of RP, which got me to 844 RP, I need 131 RP to reach a 975 skin, however I cant buy this amount of RP in the store. So if it is too much to ask, may I have 131 RP.

If you're within a frustratingly small amount to an item (like <10 RP) then you can submit a request here to ask a Rioter 1 on 1. You'll never get services like that over the forums. Forums are made for public discussions not service requests.
