Talon
All the blades on Talon ult should go to the person he next attacks or do extra damage if he attacks them cause a lot of time his ult isn't used for damage unless he is running away ,not chasing.

Talon has too much burst as it is and making the Ult focus in on one target will make him way too easy to play IMO.
