What Champ/Role do you use or find easiest to climb out of the pit of desolation that is (Bronze Division). For me I focused on Support to feed my ADC such as

Jungler. Mainly Sejuani, Volibear, or Naut. Why? Because if I did well early game, 2 things were accomplished. I established my team as the leader, and I established myself as someone to follow. After a good early game, I noticed my team started to listen, and my enemies started running from me. Then it was simple... learn to lead, learn to engage well, and the games are all mine.
From jungle, I can take any struggling lane, and get it fed. The key is being smart with your engagements, and learning to read the minimap for more than just where people are.
Still main jungle, for all those same reasons. I can look back at a game and put my finger in my chest and say "We lost, and it was my fault. I made a bad call. I made a bad initiation. I didn't spend enough time getting that particular player ahead, I didn't spend enough time gaining the trust of my team." Pointing the finger at yourself and learning to do better is the key to getting out of bronze.
Same here I supported my self from bronze hell to plat, though to be honest many times, I wish I wasnt the support in the game, but something came to mind, you cant make others not suck, it happens regardless, my advice from you is not think of who your playing but rather how you are playing, with what attitude, and what attitude is general expressed by the team!
In all aspects/roles you play map awareness and the ability to know when to engage is as important as it gets. Self criticism always helps don't place blame on others when you know your at fault as well instead take time to understand where your faults lie and what can be done to better improve your game play.
For me, Jungler or Mid are the easiest carries since they can roam to every single lane very easily. ADC can carry lategame, but they need a frontline to back them up.
