Who's a good ADCarry?
I want to start playing as the adc, but I don't know anybody to play as except for Draven 
and he costs a lot of IP. Please help me find an adc that's not very expensive.

Tristana is personally my favorite ADC. Here attack speed passive allows her to focus on building damage, while maintaining the attack speed of other champions who build items like PD/Shiv, allowing her to output more damage and win fights.
Ezreal and Lucian are also 2 of my favorite ADC's. Both can utilize tri-force to increase damage. Lucian does not have to use sheen though - sometimes I build it, sometimes I do not.
Varus is fun, but is more of a niche adc pick if you need poke/shutdown ult.
The new sivir is fun and much stronger than her old version.
My honest advice would be to test the waters with the free champs until you find one that you enjoy. It saves you IP for when you know exactly which champ you want to get. Only once have I been happy post-purchase when buying a champ that somebody has recommended me. Everybody's playstyle is different and therefore looks for different things in champs.
New To AD Carry? Try Out ASHE (450 IP) My Personal Favorite ADC If New To ADC. Later You Can Move On to Tristana , Miss Fortune , Twitch And Sivir These Are Good AD Carries.
Caitlyn is the safest, as she has a low skill cap and is very forgiving. Honestly though with ADC it depends on how you play. If you are just getting into the role, i would suggest Kog Maw. Kog Maw has the absolute highest potential damage of all the ADC. The trade off is that he is extreamly squishy and will die in like 2 hits from anyone. This will train you to be a good adc. playing safe but still racking up tons of kills.
If you are already confident in your abilities as an ADC then i would suggest Jinx, Lucian, Quinn and Sivr. They are all real strong ADC that don't get countered by everyone.
There are a lot of good Ad Carry's but it really depends on your play style. If you want to be safe far in the back

. Like I said before it all depends on your play style. I own most of them except for graves but the 3 I like the most are Draven, Varus, and Jinx
After you played adc and know how to play it good. Sona, thresh, and lulu are all good adc if you can practice and play them well. however a great ADC to start off as is ashe. 450 IP. trist is a really good next ADC.
Ok thanks you guys. I like to jungle but I'm ready to take on a different role and ADC is the first and seemed most fun that popped into my mind.
cait is your best bet, with high range a snare and escape with her E, she is a VERY safe champ.
