@Xyhperious @Others who work on items in game

I know Xypherous worked on items for Season 3 but I am totally unaware who did it for Season 4. My apologies but I have a suggestion that in my opinion should happen.

Make an oracles item that only works on champions. It is so annoying playing as somebody only to have a Vayne/Shaco/ Akali just run through you in a duel because of stealth. I just played a game as caitlyn and late game Shaco was coming at me with shen ulting him through his invis and of course because it's solo queue my support never pinked for me. I had no way to counter it. I couldn't even split push because vayne would kill me. With an oracles and my range from caitlyn I could perhaps take her. It's VERY frustrating. I know my explanation wasn't the best because I'm not good at explaining things but all honesty and my loyalty/ love for this game I am positive that there needs to be some sort of oracles for champions.
