riot, i think you broke the easiest to break champ in the game.

riot, i dont know who thought it was a good idea to break heimer, but seriously, he should have spent 6 months in testing before you put him out the first time. you took the champion who is all about STANDING BACK AND LETTING HIS TURRETS LOLZDAMAGE EVERYTHING!!!! and buffed his turrets. seriously. who thought this was a good idea. i just watched a turret, which, btw, he can have 3 of, 2 shot a champ. 2 SHOT! a turret! seriosly?!!!! who thought this was a good idea? and idk, lets give him another super damaging ability, aside from his loldamage q. that can 1 shot champs when he ults! 1 shot! and not when hes like 15 kills up, no, like 2. you take a full barrage of that, gg. you're dead. so seriously, nerf him. nerf him hard. nerf literally everything on him. because it all needs it.thanks.
