Seeing the board quickly

When trying to use Xerath's ult I have 10 seconds to get off all three shots? How can I cover the entire area in the range circle to find the appropriate targets? How do I get the camera to move that fast or should I already know where my targets are before triggering the ult?

You can increase the speed at which the camera moves in your settings. That said, I wouldn't mind seeing a buff to xerath's ult, ether with a 4th shot or more damage per shot or something like that
