New Way to get rp?
Not sure how but is there a way you can add a different way to get rp free, some of these stylish skins i cant get make me so jelious and i cant exactly spend much money on this game

There's the 400 RP your get by hitting lvl 10, and the free Riot Girl Tristana, and Unchained Alistar by subbing Riot on youtube and liking on facebook respectively (or maybe vice versa, it's been awhile). Also championship and Pax skins are handed out with codes and cards at their respective events. You can also get Victorious skins by placing well in Ranked (Victorious Ryze by winning a Riot sanctioned tourny, no matter the size)
There are not a lot of ways to get RP, but there are a decent amount of ways to get a few skins. But besides that, they got to get money somehow bro.

If you're a couple RP short on a skin, Riot usually gives it to you if you draw them a good enough picture (usually of the skin you want).
Aside from that (and the RP+ card)....yeah I don't think that's gonna happen.
I will say, though, that I've personally gotten an obscene amount of RP from the RP+ card. I route almost all of my finances through it, so I basically get a free skin every month.
