Suggestion for Gragas

What about giving more space to Gragas' enemy? Currently Gragas has too much of everything. Being melee champion shouldn't be an excuse for having this much raw power with no back-fire or punishment.

Barrel Roll: Cooldown is now 9 at all ranks (from 11/10/9/8/7). Barrel explosion radius is now increasing by 50 each second. Upon arrival, it has 200 radius but deal same damage.. After 3 seconds, it reaches to its maximum (current radius is 350).

Mana costs are reduced to 70/80/90/100/110 from 80/90/100/110/120

*Gragas has an absurd zoning potential. With these changes, his early zone and wave clear potential should be balanced. With his cooldowns are fixed to 9 at all ranks, his early cooldowns will be shorter, therefore still able to zone/trade. But he needs to hit precisely to trade in lane.

Gragas is nearly impossible to deal with and has so much lane presence throwing random barrels and killing waves and damagine enemy at the same time with ease.

Drunken Rage: Casting time increased to 1.5 seconds. Mana restoration increased by 10 at all ranks. Buff duration is reduced to 12/14/16/18/20 seconds from 20 at all ranks. Attack Damage is reduced to 10/20/30/40/50 from 30/40/50/60/70. Damage reduction is lowered to 7/9/11/13/15% from 10/12/14/16/18% (in my opinion, this spell needs a complete rework and unnecessary steroids like %dmg reduction needs to be gone)

*I have no clue about why Riot is still keeping this ability filled with disgusting and unnecessary powerful steorids on such a safe champion with huge AoE Nuke? Not to mention %dmg reduction. What's so special about Gragas? He is not a top lane bruiser, or what he was meant to be (i don't know tank maybe?) What takes Riot so long?

Explosive Cask: Jesus baby christ, this ability has 1:1 AP ratio and Gragas mains keep arguing with me saying he is balanced but only needs some cooldown nerfs...

Just for you to compare: *This ability has 500 radius range, while Viktor has slightly more (525~) Viktor deals instant 350 magic damage +(%55 AP) at max rank. Explosive Cask deals 450 magic damage +(%100 AP) at max rank. Explosive Cask can displace entire team and knocks them back at 600 distance (Flash has 400 distance, Ezreal's essence flux has 450 etc.) While Viktor can only silence them for 0.5 seconds and should be keep on touch with enemy in order to deal more damage.

Well after he burns his q/r he is extremely vunelarble Yi, kog, fizz, can dumpster on him really bad.

Perhaps replace the damage reduction in exchange for doubling his passive while drunk? His W remains a powerful laning tool against poke, something he can use earlygame because he is melee, but is no longer an anti-burst mechanism in a bursty lane.

Start by not letting him cast spells during his Body Slam; at the moment He can hit you with his Q,E and R all simultaneously while drinking form his cask. That alone may be enough, if not than look at the damage reduction from W and the radius of his Q (too hard to dodge)
