Summoners rift moonflair spellblade

Ok so I would like to start a petition of sorts to have the Moonflair Spellblade available or another item like it available on summoners rift. I feel like the Moonflair Spellblade is a great item, especially for characters like diana and elise. It gives a nice balance of stats, considering that there arent that many items that give you ap as well as armor, or even tenacity. Ie.zhonyas hourglass, and iceborn gauntlet(which is more of an ad item)
