It was a loss prevented for the enemy team, Riot didn't and hasn't announced anything about it. All we know is that ranked queues are disabled and we will have to wait for further notice.
this really made me depresed,I actually was doing really well in ranked and wanted to play a few more ranked games since I wanted to climb back up from being demoted
