The Xerath rework feels very one sided...

This is a forum post on why I think the Xerath Rework is one sided.

However it isn't just a full blown rant, I really want to play Xerath and surely other mains who are turned off by the rework also wants to enjoy him. I am asking what could possibly be done (changes done to Xerath) so both factions (old Xerath mains and new Xerath mains) can enjoy him in equal harmony.

Does Riot have any more plans for Xerath or is everything working well as they intended? Could anything be improved so players can pick him up and so that he can be viable in high level play? Or is everything just too early to tell?
