NA Ranked team looking for support role

Hello we are currently looking for a someone to fill our support/ADC role on our ranked team. We play on the NA server around 9:30 pm central time to about midnight. We are a semi-serious team and are aiming for Gold as our minimum standard. Elo wise we don't mind if you're bronze or whatever as long as you can play the role well and continue to improve on your game.

The person we are looking for must be comfortable being verbal on skype/ts (we prefer skype but will adjust if need be.) We like to have good communication with the team so skype/ts is mandatory as well as being on time for the practices. We will be trying out people to make sure we have good synergy/ finding people who can take and give constructive criticism.
