Runic Shield execute not functioning with Thresh and Zyra

Last night, Relic Shield wasn't executing minions on Thresh and Zyra . The gold transfer functioned but the extra damage didn't. This may seem small, but it makes it ~~harder~~ slower to push a lane.

Zyra and Thresh are both ranged champions so that's working as intended.

As jaba said the recent patch changed the item 3302 so that the execute bonus only apllies to melle champions
