What are your keybinds and why?
Do you find the defaults good? Have you found a setup that makes everything feel so simple for you? Did you just change that one key that was just slightly too far away or otherwise felt awkward to reach?

Me, I've actually got attack move click bound to my left mouse button and the functions usually bound to left click on both the left and middle mouse buttons.
My QWER keys are self+quickcast. I used to have them be just quickcast, but I needed some easy way to selfcast.
Shift+QWER are for ranking up my abilities. It's easy to reach and I really didn't use it for anything else.
Alt+QWER are regular cast and 1234 are for targeting my allies. I don't use those a whole lot, but they're nice to have for clustertruck teamfights.
Finally, I quickcast my items with Num123456. In a moment of weakness I bought a naga hex and I ended up setting the side buttons to Num123456 and using those for my items.
I have it mainly what it is normally, however I have the emotes set to F1-F4. I need to really get a good setup for self-quick cast, but the only champ I have with a move that needs this is Kayle.
i changed almost everything. but i don't yet level up my champ with keys, still using my mouse. it's a weakness..
i moved down one on the keyboard for the main things so q is a w is s etc, so asdf for q through r turned cv into my summoners. qwer are now the self cast of those spells (also smart cast). 1 through 6 for the item slots (so much easier with smart cast) f1 through f4 are the emoticons b is still b x is the back off ping g is the multi target ping i don't use attack move, but i should probably start just like with the key level ups
z is stop move pet (which i use rarely), is still alt+click
the reason i did this was because i play on a laptop and i found it more comfortable to play less high up on the keyboard. now that i play with a regular keyboard i have considered switching back.
I like to keep my fingers on ASDF as if I'm doing formal typing (plus F has the indicator so you can find it without looking). From that position, QWERT are the fastest for me to hit, so I put important items at QWE. My thumb can rest on alt, so I use that for self-casting. Right now I click to level, but I think I need to switch to Shift+ASDF.
I have the defaults as a whole. Quick/smart cast is set depending on the champion I am playing. I'll set my middle mouse button as a secondary Q if I am playing a mage, heal/shield for support, and barrier/ignite for ADC.
I have been meaning to experiment a little. But if it ain't broke....
Laugh to T and dance to Y so i can spam while i play darius.
