Give a chance for silver and bronze player.

Hi first of all I am not good in english and spelling.

anyway I have a suggestion about ranking on silver and bronze.

The main problem in ranking why some player can't go up there rank is

× The AFK × The leaver × The feeder × The unskilled player × The troll

I know some in a bronze and silver player have the skilled like Platinum or Diamond. but they can't go up because of that problem.

what I want to suggest is like this. a player who receive 10 report in a day will go to a special room. a special room that all player that have negative reports will be on that room. instead of banning for a day or more. so they can still play. first offence 24 hours. you need to play a total of 24 hours before getting out on that room. second offence 24 hours + 10 honor and so on. doing this will separate a good player from worst player.

Decreasing your penalty every honour points you get is = for 1 hour. so having lots of honour will made you out in that room.

for me its really hard to go up because of that problem, i earn 10 points in winning and drop 20 points if i lose.
