can you make his range longer cause i love to spam abilities but i have to be so close and i can almost never trade back in lane unless the enemy is malee

He does get kited way to much by all the mobile apc now, and assassins. And with this tank meta he get's destroyed in top lane. He is just in a weak spot.
He was strong at one point so they nerfed him into the ground. but he will be back sooner or late being one of the communities favorite champs.
