I would really appreciate you guys would buff Brand some. Since the new champs and buffs to items. Brand does not seem to hang with the champions no more. I would give some examples but you guys can play Brand and let me know what you guys think. I would love to still see him intimidate a few champions like the game should be. Thanks, PlayersChamp
Brand is a headache to balance properly, and if Riot were to buff him, we would become broken due to his strong passive. The combo playstyle is very nice, being able to chose one based on the situation. Unfortunately, there needs to be some trade-off for having that kind of utility in one champ. Any larger scale rework would have Brand players crying. He's in a similar position that Vel'koz is in right now.
He definitely has not been forgotten! We have a couple guys on the Core Gameplay team that play him quite a bit and others who just adore him for their own personal reasons.
I have been excited when I've seen him pop into top-lane in solo-queue. That seemed like a very clever strategy to combat the less mobile bruisers that reigned supreme (Mundo, Shyvana, Trundle). It has also wrecked my poor 
a couple times.
I don't know if anyone has their sights on changing him in the immediate future but we would like to cleanup the build path for 
and Brand would be a beneficiary of that.
Some things that would benefit brand is a little more mobility and better HP scaling. For one of the lowest mobility mages he does not have the HP scaling that others have. Let's look at gragas as an example. We can all agree that his damage output is off the charts all the while being tanky and having an escape. His wave clear with a 950 range out scales brand who has to put himself in danger to pull off. Brand also has to perform a combo to wave clear. Start him with a 450 base ms and put his base HP in the middle and see how that works.
