sick of my team throwing

I am so sick of carrying my team in ranked to where we should win no problem, and them making ridiculous mistakes to where we lose. This has happened 4/5 games that I have played today alone. I am one that would admit my own mistakes, but seriously, it's not me who is throwing these ridiculously. Also, i want to make clear that by "me carrying my team" I don't mean me killing everyone, I main jungle, and make sure all the lanes win and get ahead. Yes i pick up a few kills but most of them are secure kills. I'm just getting really tired of getting shit tier teams.
