Heimerdinger Bug
After about 18 minutes of playing Heimerdinger stopped creating turret kits. Don't know what changed it just all of a sudden stopped.

Found this too. It's somewhat random, and can be reset once dying and respawn.
Just happened to me as well, not sure if there is something triggering it. The enemy heimer also had it happen, but his came back after a while where mine did now.
This will typically happen if you die while your turrets are still up, and requires you dying again for the turret kits to start building up.
