Feral Flare is Overrated and hasn't had enough time to develop

Feral Flare is an item with huge advantages and huge disadvantages. Champions such as were thrown back into SoloQ viability and for a week or so and completely eclipsed the jungle. People say the item is "Too strong" too quickly and the incoming nerfs will do nothing to better the jungle and we will end up with the same problems before the Flare was introduced.

If you see an enemy jungler and you know they are one of the Feral Flare users, you should pick accordingly and shut them down through early invasions and counterjungling. Champions that benefit from the Spirit stone items such as Lee Sin and Elise excel in this area. Not to mention the aforementioned junglers can snowball their lanes to the point of no return for the enemy team, the risk/reward is somewhat even. It isn't skewed in any direction.

If these PBE nerfs go through, the Wriggles line of items will return to Season 3 status and will most likely fade into obscurity taking us back to the typical jungle setup. I don't really think anyone wants this again.

The inherent problems with Feral Flare stemmed from the on hit sustain and the ability to pair it with a spirit stone for <15 minute Solo barons. That was the main problem with this item, a late game tanky Udyr that did insane damage and had absolutely insane sustain with only a single item that is almost gamebreakingly gold efficient.

These proposed changes will do nothing but invalidate the item. Hit the on hit health and hell, even the overall scaling. That's all that needed to be addressed and even then, the item would be good at best. Raising the cap to 30 was a...strange nerf that really only made the item worse for both laners and junglers, it's encouraging this "AFK Farming" that so many people complain about, which I personally dont mind, but still. These changes came way too quickly.
