ARAM Symmoners spell Bug

Hello, I have had this happen a couple of times, and finally i was able to recreat it. It doesnt matter what sumoner spells or champion you are playing. If you die on aran while havving connection issues or disconnect brefely while dead your summoner spells will be grayed out for the rest of the game and unable to use them.

Queued for aram got a champion used my summoners, disconected my wireless after I used them alive/and dead and waited to reveive to connect again.
