Support Changes!

first time using this community beta, but lets give it a shot.

I think Riot is doing pretty well with balance changes and I know I'm just a silver noob, but some support changes I would like to see riot implement, or maybe even just try, throw it in the PBE and best case scenario we get some changes, worst case it gets harmlessly thrown out at virtually no cost.

**Nami Nami **- Q right now as you level it up, its get nothing really helpful for a support, some damage yeah, but nothing much. I think as you level it up either the area should increase a bit(maybe even reduce its current radius at level one to be bigger at higher levels). Another change as it levels up could be, increase the missile speed making it easier to hit(although once familiar with it, it is pretty easy as it is now) I feel that one or both of these changes would improve Nami to the point of her possibly seeing LCS play.

**Janna Janna **- W- I think this ability should be able to be used on team mates to boost their speed the same amount it boosts yours. To me it seems like it should because of the nature of the spell and would help chase or save teammates without having to run back in and endanger yourself to try and slow an enemy Passive - Make it global again please. Or at the very least make it tf/pantheon ult range. Also i feel it should have utility scaling with it. Global 3% increasing based in utility scaling as you get closer(so 0ap Janna 3% global, 100ap Janna boosts up to x% within y range of Janna) there could be some cool things you could do with this.

Items

I feel more aura items should be implemented, or even create a new aura where the carrier of the item doesn't get the aura stats but rather only the base stats.

There should also be a new stat used for utility scaling. Incorporating this with the aura items which i mentioned in my opinion would have some good chemistry, so yes the support carries situational aura items(you could make several niche/situational items[Personally i think offensive ones should include high high combined cost so if you are behind, getting a defensive one would be the better option]) but they aren't necesarily just being a mule either because it helps them, it would also give traditional supports a small edge of full ap supports(i.e. Annie) and if the item is too strong, junglers won't feel the need to purchase it with their increased gold(i.e. Bulwark[if I remember correctly that's one of the reasons you removed it, correct me if I'm wrong])

TL; DR - I think Riot is doing good with their changes, but I feel these are some changes that would help the game as a whole and would give traditional supports more light of day.

I can't really speak to Nami but I played more Janna in S3 than anything else. She's in a rough patch right now but my instincts tell me that it isn't necessarily because her kit is objectively weak.

She's not an ideal choice in the current meta and I'm not a good enough player to articulate why. I find that she still does well everything I've come to expect her to do well; it just isn't creating the results that I used to get. Her win rate is still above 50% although her popularity is down. There are still plenty of people out there getting reasonable outcomes with her. While there are certainly some small buffs that I think she deserves, I have a feeling that her ultimate return to popularity will be the result of changes to other areas of the game rather than big changes to Janna's kit.
