Heimerdinger glitch

I couldn't place any of my turrets and they were not charging back up to place more.... It happened after i ulted in a fight.. after that I could place more ulted turrets and use other abilitys but not my turrets.

UPDATE: I played another game where the other Dinger had the same problem... also dying fixed the bug.
