After Kayle's last nerf (q ap ratio down to 0.6 from 1.0), she seems really lackluster compared to before. I think giving her the old 10% damage amp to the target affected by q within x seconds would really help her. This change encourages follow up attacks to maximize damage and justifies the huge damage reduction from her kit.

I think Kayle is just fine as she is right now. I'm still able to pretty much wreck people mid-lane with her, and team fights still have her holding up amazingly well with her E and Ult.
