Nocturnes run direction.

Hey Riot.

So I'd like to talk to you about the updated "fear" debuff in a recent patch. Setting a direction for fear was a good thing. But Nocturne's unspeakable horror should cause foes to run towards Nocturne. Terrifying. Nocturne is the eternal nightmare, you need to fear that you will never escape.

Mess with times, but please make this happen, even if it has to be a shorter time.

This also would allow for a mean fiddle and noc combo, cc op.

Also what language do you write your gameplay code in? Just curious. Nevermind. I looked it up. 3 periods previous I decided to just check myself.

But what do you guys think? Nocturne fear direction? To? From? Pros? Cons? Reasons to do it? Reasons not to do it?

Another alternative is to have the target run in whichever direction they were headed when the spells was cast. They still have time to turn around. Once the fear kicks they lose their wits and just keep running in whatever way they were headed.

Well, the only thing I really have to say is logically, how does that make sense? ._. When's the last time you ran TOWARDS something that scared the ever loving crap out of you?

And from a gameplay perspective, it would be kind of op to have them run towards you when he's a melee champ and they already need to be just outside of range for him to use it. Any ability or combo that by itself can guarantee someone is screwed even if you're not super fed would need to be reworked/rebalanced. Velkoz (but I do love him.)

Yasuo is a great example of that. His ult was just too far away from him, it was ridiculous. Now he's still strong but he won't leap accross summoner's rift to ult your face in.

I played NocturneNocturne as my main since i'm a newbie in Lol, i can score quite a lot more kills if they actually let Nocturne's fear let the enemy champion run around the same spot instead of running away or running towards the nocturne user, so there will be benefit of the nocturne to run away or chase and kill. That's my newbie logic.
