Adding a situational burrow type ability on Skarners W.

Seeing that all he has going is a wind up MS ability to gank with which doesn't offer much skilled play for ganking apart from camp bush till you laner CC's or enemy is out of position. It also doesnt help that he has to stop to cast E.

Would it improve skarners capability as a jungler if a Burrow effect was added to his W when activated inside a bush ?

For example you get to the lanes bush area then activate W which basically makes you invisible for 2-3 seconds allowing you to get into a better position rather than trying to just run at them head on (which is all he can basically do without another players help). Of course this can still be countered by warding as he has to get to the closest bush in order to get the most out of the 3 second stealth effect(Also for futher balance the effect cannot be trigger for 5 seconds after recieving damage or something).
