Team builder suggestions

I have an idea for Team builder hopefully dealing with the long waits on the support role, I have just put it on my reddit account (Vanhellsing55). I was in the lobby with some friendly people and with them we came up with this idea i don't know if any of them followed up but i will, our idea was to make the supports in team builder have a 50% IP boost I think this will shorten the waiting time in the lobby because waiting for a supp is the most boring thing on team builder and all by giving a small incentive 50% IP of course being a number that can be messed with by riot. That's all please comment, Thank you. I posted this on site feedback on accident as well :D

I was about to suggest this. The data shouldnt be hard at all to acquire. Just check the logs for all the games and which roles some games wait the longest for (if Riot can do that).

I was going to suggest a flat rate of 100 bonus IP for a win as a support and obviously no IP is awarded for someone that leaves the game.

I also wanted to suggest an OR and ALL BUT clause for the captains deciding roles for which lanes. for example, the bottom lane usually has a support and a marksmen but not always. If you call for any role for both bot lane slots then you may get two supports. There should be a OR clause so that you pick support OR tank for one of the roles and for the other you pick ALL BUT support OR tank (mage, fighter, marksmen etc). Not everyone wants to be a marksmen in the bot lane.

The idea of rewarding the most unpopular role had been thrown around and from what I've seen not dismissed, but it has to be dynamic system. Support wouldn't be unpopular anymore with this addition, and the same system may have to be applied to another role later as the meta changes. Combine that with the fact you have to A) Identify an underplayed role at the time, B) decide how long the bonus will stay C) decide how much of a boost is needed based on popularity that change by region, time of day and time of year.

It's a lot of work for not an amazing amount of reward, as underplayed roles are already rewarded with much lower que times.

I have shared the idea three times i think in lobby and people agreed with me and thought it was a great idea. So i think this decision might be popular with the public even with the road blocks
