What would this game look like without flash?
What characters would be better/worse? What new trends would pop up? How much more fun would it be on a scale of 10 to 10?

i would be dead constatnly seeing as i main ranged mages such as brand and lux so i gotta say 3/10 (does this enclude flash skills like ezes flash and kassadins ult, and all other gap closers?, in which case im a 10/10)
i think it would remove an important dynamic from the game. i would like to see the other summoners like ghost buffed a little maybe to encourage their use. but i don't want flash removed from the game. the nerf they made to it a couple of years ago was big enough. i think the other summoners just need tweaks.
as it is, in the pros aside from flash/ignite/exhaust/barrier/tp/cleanse and occasionally ghost or heal. the others are ALMOST never used.
