Why Can't Trinkets Be Used in the First 30 Seconds of the Game?
Why can't trinkets be used in the first 30 seconds of the game? Was there some gamebreaking strategy using first-30-second trinkets?

If I were to guess, it was so it would be more difficult for people to rush out and put a ward down really early, then recall and sell their trinket for another one. I don't think this would have been really common though, since I barely get to my lane by the time the 30 second mark hits. Mostly I think it's just something left over from when the trinkets couldn't be used for the first two minutes of the game (they changed it to 30 seconds since it was really hurting Junglers).
