Ardent Censer + Janna Shield + Tower = Attack Speed Tower?
Seems to be unintended, I guess?
At least some friends of mine tryed in on ARAM and told me about it.

It's not unintended. People asked about it on the PBE and the designer responded that it was not his original design but the way the code worked, it was how it turned out. Then he said "Actually, that sounds pretty cool, so I'm going to talk to our Balance team about it" and then they released it without another word, so it's implied that he decided it was a cool and healthy gameplay mechanic. I'm too busy to search up the source on that, but you can hop over to the PBE community and look for the discussion on 4.10 item changes to find it.
Unless your friends are shitting you - because I doubt Riot hasn't thought about that - you should probably test yourself. Anyone who tested, please reply. I don't have time right now.
Seems like a nice mechanic to me. A little extra benefit from seeing a useful combo. Supports don't get much love stats wise (or in general), so a neat side effect is nice to hear.
