Getting and Losing LP
How come when you win you only get 15 to 16 lp. When you Lose you lose 20 or above lp its not fair that you lose so much but earn so little.

Doesn´t work like that. System takes into account streaks and current rank vs MMR rank. So, eventually, you get to the point where you win 50/50 for a long time. That´s your real rank and the LP balances out. If your too low, you gain little as you should win like 75% of the games, and vice versa. The higher you get vs your MMR skill, the less you lose, because you´re winning games the system believes you shouldn´t, thus, more rewards. Dynamic Balancing and working as intended.
