Rumble doesn't have much else aside from his ult. Two low-damage slows, a passive AoE cone that, while dealing damage, is short range and not efficient in teamfights, and he has a 6sec. self silence. Not saying he's a bad champion, but his ult is his only chance to truly shine, otherwise he's no better than an AP Garen, but instead of a silence it's a slow and instead of spinning, it's fire.
