Thats just it. If you get up close to fight heimer he will ult zohnya and then you'll be dead. I feel myself that it should be nerfed. I don't mean like crazy hard I just mean make it have a bit of counterplay to it besides atempt to run away and hope not too die.

Meh, i too feel like heim is a no skill stand still by your turrets kinda guy ~ i don't like it.
Well whenever I go against a heim, I just plan to poke as much as possible and do more of a hit and get out type of strategy.
Another thing you can try is act like you're going to go in and trick him into using ult which works a lot for me, as it has like a 1min-2min cd can't quite remember and just get ready to kill him after that!.
Could also be creep and go Syndra and when he ults just throw the turret somewhere else haha.

There are reason Heimer isn't played in higher level play (almost at all). He just can't preform any meaningful actions if he's not getting initiated on. Poke with rockets are all right, but insufficient. I mained the donger for a while, and I love him, but he doesn't fit comps well.
