Kha'zix summoner spells

is op. That's obvious. But a lot of the guides say to take flash as second summoners. Why is that? Kha has a 15 second leap once evolved. It jumps over EVERYTHING!!! So why take flash? I like to go all in lvl 3 against everyone, even riven. I take barrier ignite. I usually get the kill with those two spells unless I get stunned right after my leap.

Can someone tell me if this is a good strategy once I get into ranked? If not, why?

flash is for securing kills in lane after you've used your jump, and as an extra escape, if his cooldown was ~10 seconds then people would say get summoner 6 summoner 3 summoner 21 summoner 12 instead of flash, i don't main kha but he's my favorite assassin outside of rengar so i speak from experience that flash is pretty good on khazixs
