Has there ever been any talk or history of having a 10-second cooldown on champion selection in blind pick? Say all players accept, they get thrown into the room together, and are locked out of selecting a champion for five or ten seconds.

Absurdest1 votesThe idea would be to give people time to say what lane they want, and figure it out that way. Equal opportunity instalock is better than whoever loads faster being able to isntalock first.
