My thoughts on Team Builder.

For one I find it a good idea, I like the thought of getting to choose your lane and role with the exception of slight wait time. But wait time for a specific role is absurdly long. I found I was making friends waiting for the last person more then actually playing the game. Given it is only in PBE I can understand the lack of players.

One thing I was thinking about was an "Anylane Anyrole" option. Basically the people who chose this would fill for what's missing in a team and they can choose their champion after they got picked. That would eliminate extreme wait time in my opinion. Thoughts anyone? I know Team Builder will end soon but Riot would like to know how we feel about this change right? Sorry if this is straight to the point I just rather not rant about wait time, while still waiting for the last person for a game.

I personally love team builder. Being able to fill would be awesome. In addition, if we could change champions within the class we've chosen (say caityln to jinx), that would really be the final piece I feel to this awesome queue type.

Well it seems like a nice idea, but it must be tested on the regular servers to get best results. I think we should give this a try it seems to be a neat idea and hopefully it will lead to better games if everyone has the role they like.

Uhh, I'd prefer something like " Pick Role/Champ that you can play" and then it fills you into the team, based on those options. I don't trust people to not abuse something as simple as Any lane Any role. So, for example, the game asks you to pick roles and champs that you CAN use. So you could do something like;

ADC - Jinx
Jungle - Vi
Support - Leona
No Mid
No Top

etc. This also lets people say, "I can fill to these three roles, but not the other two", for when the player doesn't want to go into certain roles.

My 2 cents, at the very least. =S

XD Exactly how I feel. One game, I waited for 25 minutes to find an ADC, but the game took 21 minutes because the other team surrendered. I wasn't bored during it because I was talking to the Yasuo and Ziggs on my team, but I do think that something needs to be done if the wait time is longer than the game itself.

I really loved the idea of this. I did find at least one bug with teambuilder. When i queued up as solo to find a group. i went to pick my champ, Wukong, and i selected the skin i had chosen but when the game started and the loading screen popped up, it apparently didn't register my skin i chose and i was stuck with the original skin. Just a minor bug i noticed. Other than that i love the idea of this, getting to know your teammates while waiting for other players would really help with sportsmanlike quality in game. Riot, you did a great job with this.

I love this idea. It allows a team to able to have each roles in a match. But I would like to have select lane first and then a champion. I didnt have time to look the layout before my team went in a match. I dont know if I could change champion during "the waiting for a match".

If they place team builder I wish it to be a stand alone and not replace blind pick and draft.

Blind Pick, Draft Pick, Team Builder, Etc. as options.
