bad teams

hello just curious why riot sets me up with the worst teams possible... i mean im not that good im only silver 5 but im being put with so-called plat smurfs that feed with all there possibility and cost me the game... always... i mean ive done well lately just did if i remember correctly 8/2/? hecarim game and all team xept me fed... i mean i just happens too often i have another friend which is only in bronze 4 and he plays better than most of the gold players i see. it just seems that there are hardly any more good players in low elo. its sad! so 80% of my games are just me trying to carry while my team does all in there possible to feed and be heavy... i did a ranked game with renek solo v enemy top and jungle got tower first and killed enemy often my jungle never ganked and had fun feeding mid and bot. all in all i wish to have better teammates suited to my gameplay. (thats my chirstmas wish XD) in 99% of my games btw im the one with most kills,cs, less deaths, etc. someone explain...
