Team Builder Queue Times

First, let me say, I really love Team Builder. It is my preferred way to play when I'm not playing Ranked. My objective in Normal Games is to practice, and being able to choose what I practice is amazing.

However, the queue times are absurd. As I'm typing this, I'm in queue for Mid Lane > Assassin. The queue time was listed as "Very Short". I've been in queue for 14 minutes. "Very Short" should amount to, at most, 5 minutes. Preferably less than 3.

I know you cannot give us more than an estimate, but could you at least keep us more informed? Things like average queue time would be nice, or how many captains there are opposed to single players. Is there ANY notification for when you find a group but they reject you? This may also be a case of longer queues. [Maybe people don't want a Kassadin?]

I think a large portion of why Team Builder queue times are so bad is that Normal Blind Pick still exists. I'm really hoping you disable Blind Pick and use the influx of players to make Team Builder better. Currently, many people are queuing for Blind Pick and STILL CALLING ROLES. The ONLY reason they go there is because Team Builder takes too long.

I agree that the queue times are quite long as well. I can understand that queue times will generally be a little bit longer for obvious reason, maybe not many people are keen on playing support, etc.. But, like you said, I've waited upwards of 10 minutes for support or ADC. I've happened to notice, in my experience at least, that Top, Jungle, and Mid, are usually found fairly quickly so I usually try to duo with someone and pick ADC/Support to make the queue times very quick. If I'm playing alone I almost exclusively choose support just because I can get placed very quickly.

I agree. I just waited 20 minutes to start a game as Xerath mid We had a top who stayed pretty much the whole time also.

Other than that we had probably 15 junglers 5 marksmen and 5 supports join, but we could never start due to people leaving if nobody else joins in the next 3 seconds. So we get a support, he leaves we get a marksmen, he leaves we get a jung, he leaves and it goes on and on and on.
